A real nice chat with friends usually mind opening, a good friend know how to boost our self esteem, either with some support or some mockery. But it the end, it help us to get our mood better and ready to face the problem.
I truly believe that, food fix almost anything. When in doubt, Eat! When feel sad, Eat! When you happy, Eat! A nice treat for yourself when you feel sad, or down, or bad surely will make your mood boosted!
Wonderful music, when listening to good music, I feel relaxed, therefor I can think clearer and luckily make my mood boosted.
